Sub-Processors

CourtDocs uses the vendors below to provide the service. Each processes customer data on our behalf under contracts requiring appropriate safeguards, as described in the Data Processing Addendum in our Terms of Service. We will update this page, and email your designated contact, at least 30 days before adding or replacing a sub-processor.

Support email (hello@courtdocs.us) and in-app feedback are handled as our own operational communications under the Privacy Policy, not as sub-processing of your client or matter data. Our AI tooling runs only offline against blank, public Judicial Council forms; no AI provider receives customer data.
